Refund policy

We follow the EU’s consumer protection regulations for distance selling. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

The Sealed Can Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns of opened cans (i.e., the sealed can in which the t-shirt is delivered). Breaking the seal or opening the container renders the item ineligible for a refund or exchange.

How to initiate a return

If you want to return an unopened can, or if you have received a damaged t-shirt or the wrong item, please contact us at info@gluttonyapparel.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment, in accordance with Shopify’s standard refund procedures.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged.
